Before I burned 126 photos I had 19.61 GB available on my hard disk, now I just have 19.49 GB!!!!

Where did almost 200 MB go????

Applications typically need hard drive space to write temporary files during an operation. In this case, iPhoto created a temp file to burn your photos. This is normal and temporary. The quickest way to get the space back is to restart your Mac, but this is not necessary; use your Mac normally and when iPhoto determines that it doesn't need the temp file anymore, it will delete it.

That was the first thing I did, I restated my computer, and nothing....

That's the problem! what if I want to burn 3 CD's of pictures, one after the other... that's over a GB of temp files!!!

I don't use iPhoto so I don't know where it likes to write its temp files, but look in "/private/tmp" for anything that is roughly 120 MB in size.

Oh, and it's not nice to post across forums.
