Whenever I add a new file or program to a folder it is not automatically arranged by name or kind, etc. Each time I have to go in the finder and choose arrange by and then they are arranged. Is there a shortcut to this (keyboard, program, etc.) Thanks,

In Finder: Go to --> View menu --> Show View Options
There you'll find the option to turn on arrange of your choice.
