We need more info to help you with this.

How are the Macs connected ? Ethernet or Airport ?

Have you turned on Internet Sharing on the mac that is connected to the internet.

If you have you need make sure you have selected to share the internet connection via whatever method your Macs are connected.

Once you have done this, go to the Mac that you want to have access on. Go to the network system preferences panel and select the network connection you have (Ethernet ot Airport).

If you are using Airport, you will need to join the Airport Network you have setup on the other machine, use the Airport Setup Assistant to do this which is in the Utilities folder in the Applications folder.

PS this should really be in the networks Forum !!

In order to share over ethernet,
you need to use AirPort. (Unless
somehow you have two ethernet ports.)

With dialup, just connect the two computers
via ethernet. When you're connected
(to the ISP), just click 'Start' (in the Sharing
pane), and check "Share over Built-In Ethernet").

Well, I have two Mac connected to an ethernet hub, both Macs have internal mode which I use, dial up. What I miss is the config I must use to share internet due to I connect to the internet with both Mac at different times of course, now this, now that... Someone told me that with 56kb modem I can not share internet connection. Of course one Mac has different IP than other Mac. Sure 56kb is not a nice scenario to share internet but...

Thanks in advance anyway.
