Ok me and my PC roomate can connect just fine and he can see the shared folder. But I want to share my MP3 drive with him. Does anyone know how to do this? I tried putting an alias of the drive in the shared folder but windows doesn't understand it. Please help.

There are some third party programs that let you share things other than your public folder. I believe there's a program called SharePoints or something like that. You can also manually edit a configuration file, but I don't remember where it is or what it's name is.

It's at /etc/smb.conf and is not too difficult to figure out.

If you know how to make symbolic links, create a symlinkof the drive you want to share and place it where it can be accessed from the PC. Mine is in my favorites folder as I use it and my other volumes for normal navigation, although for Jaguar's purposes an alias will do.

I don't use the Terminal, but instead used Path Finder to do the trick.

Hope that helps.
