Hi

I am trying to get the best possible performance from accessing a windows box over dial-up using VNC. Does anyone know if there is a tightVnc viewer available for OSX? Would a standard vnc viewer support the additional features of tightvnc?

Alternatively are there any better methods for remotely accessing a win98 box over dial-up?

May I recommend Chicken of the VNC? It supports Tight, ZLib, ZRLE, and pretty much any other encoding you can think of.
