I forgot the key command in the dock where u switch from your last app the currect one and the other way around. not command tab or command+shift+tab. there is another one where u switch between last 2 apps.

Please help!

Assuming you're talking Jaguar (10.2), it is com-tab and com-shift-tab. The first hit of com-tab/com-shift-tab will take you to the last app used. If you release the keys then, the next hit will take you back again. However, if you keep pressing the combo, it will then start cycling through the open apps.
