DSL or dial-up? I had DSL with them and they took months to send the software. I bought a router to get hooked up. With dial-up you should only need a phone number to call, password, and user-name. Your type of connection will be needed for further troubleshooting.

They support OS9 with thier DSL, but not OSeX. That's why I had to buy the router. The router took a while to set up. I can walk you through it if you need it.
I can hear the goose-steps getting closer.

You don't need to use the whole MSN kit and kaboodle to use MSN's dial-up. You can just go into Internet Connect. For your username put in MSN/username and then your password and you'll be good to go. Though MSN hides it you can find local dial-up numbers without using the MSN Explorer and stuff. Somewhere on their support number you can find dial-up numbers as well but it requires some patience.

MSN Messenger is currently available for Mac OS X as a separate download. And it's not quite as bulky.
