OSX always automatically starts the Classic after user login, is there a way to disable the Classic on OSX?

go to the system preferences, in the classic pane remove the check in the checkbox 'load classic at statup'
|

classic is over
the option to warn before loading classic is very useful too I guess, personally

I was so excited to see this feature. I sent feedback to Apple asking for that exactly.
