I work a rotating schedule at work, a "4/2". That means I work 4 days, off 2 days, work 4 days, off 2, etc. I enter the first day in a series in iCal, then repeat it 3 times. (You actually enter 4 days repeated in iCal.)
When I HotSync, Palm correctly starts a series on the first day, however there is always 5 work days in a row. Basically it looks like I work 5, off 1, work 5, etc.
This sucks! Anyone know how I can remedy this?

I asked this exact thing at the apple forums and got an answer that said that I need to do this on the palm and then sync. That sucks to me. I was able to do it on the palm software but just as you say not able to do it with isync.
sorry that did not help you out.
