I tried setting up another email account with mail. When I sent a message it tells me "The server 'smtp.juno.com' refused to allow a connection on port 25." So what do I do?

That server appears to be down. I pinged it and I got no response. I'd wait a while and try later. It might just be down for maintenance or something.
