I've got a large movie (~750mb), that I would like to send to a friend interstate. Does anyone know how I can zip this file (or stuff, pref zip since she's a windows user) into 2 parts so I can span it across 2 cd's?

Stuffit Deluxe comes with a utility called DropSegment that'll do what you need...
