Ok, this is maybe a stupid question but i cant find a "add newsgroup" in Mail. I checked help also but nothing. Im using 10.2.3. What must i do to make it work?

anyone know a good graphic forum ? I need something where CorelDraw experts are.

Mail just reads, well...mail. It doesn't support newsgroups. Check out here to find a newsgroup reader that's right for you.
