Photoshop has littered my 'Open With' menu with a zillion little applets to do conversions, etc.

This is only for graphics files, but it's annoying nonetheless, me being a neatfreak and all.

Where are these little apps registered, and how can I clear it out?

Here's a hint from Mac OS X Hints: Removing extra Open With... Items.

Be sure to read the comments associated with this hint. It seems the wrong directory was indicated in the hint itself...

Unfortunately, Apple hasn't indicated where these 'Open With...' objects are stored so you can edit them.

I Stuff'd the droplet folder and that took care of it.

I had just assumed from the get go that that WOULDN'T work, because these things were registered in a .plist somewhere or something.

Fanks for the pointer.
