Is my System folder messed up?

When I open the System file up. It shows two files Libary and Developer VISE Moved Items. Is this normal?
we don't have time to stop for gas

Normal. Leave /System alone.

Leave /System/Library alone.

sudo rm -r '/System/Developer VISE Moved Items' to your heart's content. I got the same folder after reinstalling my system yesterday, though after which piece of software I can't be sure. I removed it, have done in the past also, and all has been well.
