I've got an original USB (Snow) Wacom tablet, and it used to work for a while. Thing is, I'd have to unplug and replug it for it to work, once every restart/logout. After installing 10.2.4, it doesn't work at all. The LED is on, I just reinstalled the drivers, and the Wacom Tablet utility still complains about it not being plugged in. Anyone else have this problem?

Which tablet was that? Graphire2? I have a Graphire2 that's working fine after I made sure I had the latest drivers.

I have a graphire (slate blue), which I think is version 1. Never had any trouble with it: I've never had to replug it, and it works fine with 10.2.4 & latest drivers. You could try connecting it via a powered hub: that sometimes makes a difference with usb problems.

... Which is, probably, the cause of the problem: Wacom tablets, sadly, seem to have communication problems when connected through a hub (why? one might ask...). Try to connect it directly to the computer and see if it works again...

My G2 works fine off a keyboard port. Did you try hooking it to a peecee to rule out the tablet itself?

Ha, that did it. I likes one of the dedicated ports on the back of the machine. Thanks for the input ;-P
