I'm sure this has been brought up before, but I don't remember seeing it, and I'm kinga bored. I noticed today that Apple treats it both ways. At apple.com it's used as '.Mac', but at mac.com it's used as '.mac'.

So which is it? I would assume .mac would be appropriate since it refers to the web. But .Mac looks pretty cool in print.

By Unix convention shouldn't .Mac be invisible?
Nasrudin sat on a river bank when someone shouted to him from the opposite side: "Hey! how do I get across?" "You are across!" Nasrudin shouted back.

Well me, barely. Boredom really does some strange things to me sometimes.

But now this little inconsistancy will haunt me forever! (or at least until Apple settles on something)

How about you write a nice email to Steve Jobs, ask him and tell here so we all can sleep well again.

Lol. Yeah if you look at the hardware pages, like the iBook, they still mention the latest version of OS X being included: 10.2.1
MBP 1.83 GHz CD/iPod 30GB
