This is getting the best of me. I'm about ready to punt this ****in computer out the window!

Look at the picture to see if I've done anything wrong.

It didn't work for me until I put a copy of the PDF Services folder in my home Library folder.

You need to create a folder "PDF Services" in the Library folder of your home folder.

Though I didn't include a screenshot..I've already done that too.

I appreciate the replies, but I don't think (for whatever reason) it is going to function on my system.
Two possible reasons:
1.) I have 2 users in my Home directory
2.) As an AppleSeed software tester, multiple installs have hosed my system
