i remember in OS9 i used to store IE5's cache in a desktop ram disk: this made it much faster.
CacheCleaner for OSX can create a ram disk: would it be possible, or worthwhile, to use it for safari?

perhaps, but you'll have to figure out how to get safari to change its cache location to the ram disk.

suppose you could just replace it with an alias.
the cache is in /Library/Caches/Safari
change that to an alias of a folder on the RAM Disk,,,, not tried it - but dont see why it wouldnt work
