This is strange. Only in the finder does the copy/paste work. In all other apps I can copy or cut but the "paste" menu fucntion remains greyed out.

I have reinstalled the OS but it still doesnt work.

This could be related to a missing pbpaste function. When trying to use ffmpeg it didnt do anything after using the pbpaste function.

I'd love to hear someone explain "missing pbpaste function" - and how to replace it.

A couple weeks ago I lost the ability to copy from *any* app in Classic and PASTE into *any* app in OS X. Bummer. Got any idea of anything to try short of a complete reinstall.

It also turns out that I have no services.

I just reinstalled the OS so I cannot understand what happened to this stuff!
