Hi,
After getting my pbook, I reinstalled only OSX thinking that because I was a switcher I'd have no use for OS9. I forgot that I need to play Starcraft and that game requires the classic mode. How do I go about installing OS9 without reinstalling everything? Can't wait to bring the pbook to lan parties and show off.
Thanks.

If your PowerBook is a pre-2003 machine that can boot into OS 9, you should be able to just boot from the OS 9 CD and install away.

Go download the OSX patch for Starcraft from versiontracker.
Or just boot from the OS9 disc if you have it.

The Starcraft installer will work from classic. Use the OS X patch once it's in.

Another thing we should be asking is if you installed OS9 drivers to OSX when you installed. I would just go with the OSX update Fallout suggested though.

Fallout... anyone here ever play Wasteland? Old school RPG often listed as best video games of all time. Fallout is supposed to be based on Wasteland, but couldn't be called Wasteland 2 because of licensing issues. I must have beat the game at least 10 times.
