Do other people have this bug:

Download a large jpg from the internet.

Select the jpg while it is downloading with preview pane open.

Finder instantly crashes.

What do you mean by "large"? When trying to view partially downloaded 1600x1200 JPEGs in column view, the Finder displays a generic JPEG document icons.
