I don't know if this has been observed by others but I found an insignificant bug in Safari.

*blah vB code sucks*

It happens other times as well, but the easiest way to reproduce it is to open another Safari window and place the title bar so it is right under your bookmark bar. Then move your mouse over a bookmark on the back window and move it back onto the title bar of the front window.
The bookmark stays highlighted. As you can see, you can have all your bookmarks highlighted in this way
I haven't really figured out all the situations that trigger it but have noticed that the bookmarks are highlighted sometimes in regular use.

No problems here, didn't lock up the mouse overs at all.

Weird. It does it in Safari v60 and v62 for me. Also, I've noticed that if there is more than one animated gif of the same source, only the last one displayed actually animates. Rather annoying. I haven't checked to see if this is still true in v62 yet, though.
