What do I do? Where shall I go? Where is Toto? Seriously, please advise if a solution exists...
(Thanks in advance!)

If you are referring to the new Shaman CD by Santana, or even the last oen Supernatural ... then I would check closely to see that they are clean and not damaged in any way. I was able to successfully mount and rip both of these CDs into iTunes with no problems .... so I don't think that they are copy-protected.

It's the Shaiman CD. It doesn't mount in OS X on a Mirror Door G4 or a iMac 800. Am gonna try a graphite G4.
Oddly enough it does mount on OS 9 on a 450Mhz smurftower.

Some copy-protection schemes don't work on Macs.
Look closely at the cover of the "CD" or the disk itself - technically, if it's copy-protected, it cannot have the "Compact Disc digital audio" logo on it, since it doesn't conform to the red book standard required to carry that label.
It is technically not a CD.
I can't say if this is the case, here. I only buy vinyl.
