Where can I find a "time zone" application?

You know the type, right? An application that displays a rectangular world map along with the time zones and perhaps with some animation for night/day transitions.

I saw this for OS9 at some point, but I'm interested in getting a similar app for OSX.

Made that when I was working at CNN.com. It changes the color of each time zone on new years eve as the new year progresses across the map.
