As I am very often away from any internet connection for a long time (weeks) I really dislike the fact Mac Help isn't on my Mac for 100%. As soon as you want to know something, you get a message the topic is on the internet, so unavailable without connection.

Is there a path to download the entire help section, even though it might be not up to date after some weeks?

After all it probably are just some megs with text, maybe even some kB's.

Why don't they switch to the Safari browser instead of this slow help browser? It's html after all I guess.

Called Apple Care. They said it isn't available as a download.
I sent a feedback to Apple.
It's hard for me to imagine there's no one else who have encountered this. If you are working in the "field", you simply do not have internet readily available.
