All of a sudden, my wife has 5 jobs patiently waiting in the print queue for my HP 4M+, and the status is stuck on 'waiting for job to process'. So I tried logging out and back in. Still there. Can't delete jobs. Can't delete printer at all.

So I reboot. Same deal. Get angry.

Into the terminal, remove all files in the /var/spool/cups folder. At least that removes the jobs. But the printer is still stuck and won't let me start/stop queue or delete that printer.

Anyone got any clues as to how to remove errant printers from the print center? I don't mind doing things the terminal way. Hell, I'll use a brick if I have to!!!

Using 10.2.4 on an iBook from a clean install. Never seen this problem on any other system combo...

Help!
Computer thez nohhh...
