I just found HTMLTableWizard.nib at /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/HTMLDisplay.framework/Versions/A/Resources/English.lproj/HTMLTableWizard.nib

Is this leftover from the Developer Previews and the simple WYSIWYG editor or is it still used in some program by Apple and I just don't know about it?

I've never seen it before. Not used in any current Apple programs as far as I'm aware.
