The only feature of Mac OS 10.2 of any relevence to me is Samba... hence I am trying to do ti myself on 10.1 and save the cash.

Anyone ever get Samba working on 10.1 with SSP 2.5?

http://xamba.sourceforge.net/ssp/index.shtml

I know the old version includes Samba... and is designed for 10.1... but it's an outdated version of Samba with some security issues.

I was hoping to compile a fresh copy of Samba in the same location as Apple does in 10.2.
I always use protection when fscking my Mac... Do you?
