I have two "Accounts" icons in the System Prefs window. One in the "System" category and another in the "Other" category. Clicking either opens the correct preference pane. I have no idea how it duplicated itself but the system is working fine. Anyone know how I can get rid of the extra?

Press Cmd-F and search for Accounts.prefPane in all local diskcs. Erase every one that isn't in /System/Library/PrerenncePanes.
