"Present slides in random order" screen effects problem

	If I check the box "Present slides in random order" under System Preferences --> Screen Effects none of my photos will show with the screen saver kicks in on my new iMac. However if I uncheck it, then it does show the photos. It doesn't seem to matter if the folder has 3 or 3000 photos in it, still doesn't display when the random order option is set. Any ideas? I'm running 10.2.4.
