i read that there one of the new things in .5 is that there is a new version of mail in there.

any big changes on mail?

read somewhere that mail might move to all metal

No big changes, overal imporovments to serveral areas including OpenGL.

Mail is not Metal, praise the lordy.

No, but as we can see, it runs on an LC 475. It's about time Apple got their act together with back-asswards compatibility.

It runs granted, the processing speed is not really up to scratch and my 20 meg of ram causes it to continualy page off my 160Meg Hard disk, but its OK for tasks like word processing and browsing the web, its really all I need!

Although I would like to see apple support Quartz Extreme on 68k macs, I have spent loads of cash upgrading the Video Ram and buying SCSI cables, I even bought Ram Doubler, but all I see is Apple ignoring the older machines.

Shame on you Apple!

They didn't include drivers for my 9600 bps modem or my ColourOne scanner
