Right on. We were all pretty excited 2 years ago. What was it, build number, rumors, shipping, etc.

Thanks for the reminder.

I remember sitting in my office that Saturday morning waiting for the Airborne guy to deliver my copy so I could install it on my work box. What a kick that was! I didn't switch to OS X full-time until Office was released, though - Entourage didn't play well in Classic.

From there it was just the long winter of waiting for stupid Photoshop 7.

I remember thinking this a few days ago, but I didn't remember until I saw the thread posted.

I was just talking to my Mac buddy while walking to breakfast, he bought an iMac a few months ago and I've taken him under my wing. He's a mac head now.

But I was trying to remember if it was one year or two. I remember acquiring DP3 and DP4 builds and installing them... That was three years ago. Back then I didn't know how powerful OSX was, and here I am now. I love it

Happy birthday, OSX

If anyone's still running 4K78, there's a "remove debug code" pakage in software update...

Happy B-day. That makes OS X about 12 in OS years. Plenty of good years ahead of it.

Geez it's two years already? Can't believe how fast time has flown. OS X has sure matured since then.

Congrats, OS X.

Yeah! I can't wait to see it go through that awkward and magical time known as puberty!

UNIX has been around for 30-some years already, and showing no signs of arthritis yet. Live long and prosper, MacOS X.
