If I have a clean install (10.2.4), which fonts may I remove and from where, so that it won't influence the system?

I have fonts installed under Computer/Harddrive/Library/Fonts and Computer/Harddrive/Users/Me/Library/Fonts. Can I clean the contents of both of them?

And what about the .dfont format? Can I remove both - OpenTypes and .dfonts to a new location, say, from which I could activate them with a Font Management tool? Or does it affect the system or any software perfromance?
