I have a 2000x2000 PSD file that I would like to make into a .icns.
Ive tried Iconographer and it has a white background instead of being transparent like the PSD.
Ive tried Can Combine Icons and it can never get the right size so its blurry.
I tried Icon Composer and the edges are jaggy.
Pic2Icon never seems to work. I drag my psd on and nothing happens.
If someone can help me, please do=-)

Actually, is there anyway you could just tell me how to do it?
I would learn then for when I make future icons.
Or is this because you have IconBuilder?

2000*2000 is a little bit big for an icon, try to scale it down to 128*128 or 256*256 in Photoshop ( or any other app that can handle psd-files ) before you past it in iconographer or drop it on CanCombineIcons. Iconbuilder is great, I use it all the time, but it's expensive, iconographer should do the job,

When the document is 128x128, you could 'Copy Merged' (CMD+Shift C) then 'Paste as Icon and Mask' in Iconographer.
I use Iconographer everyday myself. Iconbuilder is great but it take more time making icons than in Iconographer, IMO.
