It seems my Date & Time prefs are corrupted and it's causing a host of problems.

Safari is crashing and it says something about time in the crash log.

Network time is off because it won't keep my timezone selection.

So what pref file do I have to delete for Date & Time?

Try activating the clock. Apparantly this helps if you are running 10.2.4. Have you checked if the issue occurs in 9 as well. the backup battery could be dead...?

Try repairing permissions w/ disk utility and clearing the cache files.
