I just rebooted but there was a process running called 'pbs' viewable in the process viewer that had like 20-30% of my cpu cycles...
After rebooting, all is well. Any idea what that is?
Thanks!

Ok, any idea what that is / does / or what could have caused it to become the hog it was?

Go, copy one of the following, Image, PDF, Rich Text, Plain Text, and a file. See if that clears it up. (There's more pasteboards but I don't remeber them right now...). The PBS is a background application that controls copy/cut/paste functions.
