Hey all,

I wonder if anyone has an idea as to why photoshop leaves so many swap files on X. I normally see about 3 swap files in /var/vm with their sizes at 72mb, but every time Photoshop runs and quite, it just leaves more swap files until I have around 10, sometimes more. It seems that only Pshop does this and only a reboot flushes them out. Anyone have similar problems, or can suggest a way of deleting these without having to reboot? I've tried macjanitor and cocktail, but they don't seem to purge swap files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

cheers
