I accidentally switched off my Imac (g4 700) while it was shutting down. I have 10.2.4 on there and now when I start up it just stays on the grey clock start up icon.
I have a jaguar installaion cd disk but this does not allow me to start up as it is a lower system than on my computer (I think).

Basicly can I burn a boot up cd on my work mac that also has 10.2.4 (I know that this can be done on pc's).

Or does anyone know what I can do?

Are you sure it isn't just taking a really long time on the gray screen? After in improper shutdown, it verifies the hard disk, which can take 5-10 minutes. Have you tried letting it sit on the screen for several minutes?
