My problem is that, my computer every time i start up, "the" login panel pops up and i have to type my password, even though on my system preferences / Accounts, it is checked to start as an Adms @ startup, so i don't know how to fix it, does anyone know how to fix this problem ?

Try deleting the loginwindow plist. The plist might have got hosed somehow. It is located under preferences in the library. It is safe, the settings will revert to the default. When you log back in set it for auto login and see if it works. The file you should delete looks like this: com.apple.loginwindow.plist
