Yeah, it seems some of my system fonts are screwed up. How do I go about reinstalling them? (10.2.4)

Use Pacifist to extract the fonts from the 10.2 install disc.

I have been having font problems too lately.
On sites like this all of the text has an arabic font. Other sites have it too and this is in Camino/Safari.

Are these the same problems you were having?

Actually, yes. But I also have font problems with Mail now as well.
