I have some nice lil ideas for OSX services or a lil iApp. I haven't seen anything like this yet on a ComputerPlatform.
Well anyway i would like to talk to Apple about it. Is there a mailing list for it or a specific email Adress for that?
i am really serious about that. it could help them a lot i think.
well anyway if this email adress shouldn't get public than feel free to contact me at beta@beta-labs.com
thanks guys

i was thinking about that too. BUT i am pretty sure that apple will ask a trainee every once a week to check the mails on that account and sort it by there characteristics. somebody else will read it if they have time.
i don't wanna have a mass web form i would like to "talk" to them about it. I just don't get why it is so hard to get in contact with them.
well for sure i will fill out this web form but if somebody else knows another way than i would be glad to hear about it.

Everyone have ideas for MacOS X and Apple need someone to sort all of them out. Even Bill Gates have ideas for MacOS X (Palladium on OSX, anyone? )
Just use that Apple Feedback Form. It's your only way, trust me.

Like many companies, people constantly approach them with "the next great thing". They probably don't even want to talk to you. My suggestion would be to patent the idea and then start to talk to them.
Starting a conversation with "I have a patent that I would like to discuss with you..." will always win out over "I have an idea that I would like to discuss with you..."
You would probably have a better chance talking to a small time programer and having them build a prototype... and then go from there...

Maybe this patent idea isn't bad. I think i will do this.
thanks guys let us hope they will listen to it. Then we will have a new desktop system in mac os x soon. really easy to programm but adds uncountable usability.
well anyway let us see if apple is listening

Apple isn't listening and doesn't accept user submissions of ideas other than though the web forms.
Apple has a 'Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy' which reads as follows:
Apple's Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy
Apple or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not send any original creative artwork, suggestions or other works. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Apple's products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to Apple. So, please do not send your unsolicited ideas to Apple or anyone at Apple. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still send them, then regardless of what your letter says, the following terms shall apply to your idea submission.
TERMS OF IDEA SUBMISSION
You agree that: (1) your ideas will automatically become the property of Apple, without compensation to you, and (2) Apple can use the ideas for any purpose and in any way, even give them to others.
PRODUCT FEEDBACK
Apple does, however, welcome your feedback regarding many areas of Apple's existing business. If you want to send us your feedback, and we hope you do, we simply request that you send it to us using the form found at http://www.apple.com/contact , or you can choose from the many other listed areas for your feedback. Please provide only specific feedback on Apple's existing products or marketing strategies; do not include any ideas that Apple's policy will not permit it to accept or consider. It's just one more way that Apple can learn how to best satisfy your needs.
