Is there any way to have Classic stay open in a window, similar to how Virtual PC works? I find the full screen mode to be very confusing when you switch back and forth, especially for my wife who is a computer novice and much more comfortable with OS9.

Search these forums. This has been discussed a million times already, but the short answer: No, it can't be windowed.
