My network utility will not boot.
I get this message in my console. What do I do. Help

CFPropertyListCreateFromXMLData(): plist parse failed; the data is not proper UTF-8. The file name for this data could be:
com.apple.NetworkUtility.plist -- /Users/lenfabich/Library/Preferences/
The parser will retry as in 10.1, but the problem should be corrected in the plist.

Broke down and called apple today. No one answered so looked for an alternative.
All that was needed was to throw the network utility pref away. I was back in business.
