very odd indeed, installed 10.2.5, everything seems fine so far, but the icon on my system partition changed from the normal HD icon to a padlock (and a os9 resolution one at that). I've been able to change it back, but I was worried about permission issues there for a moment, appears to be ok though.

(I'm on a PB 12" SD)
