Cool
Did you get enlightenment using fink or
did you compile the binaries your self.
I tried compiling but I get segfaults
every now and then while running it.

Maybe this is common knowledge and I just somehow missed out on it, but how do you change the WM for X11?

enlightenment? You're kidding right? enlightenment is soooo late 90's!
Seriously, I'm not even sure if rasterman is even working on this anymore, and I know for a fact that enlightenment 0.16.x has been in fink stable for quite some time...

Indeed, however i noticed some people were having trouble getting it to run under X11. Anyways, it's either enlightenment or blackbox over KDE or Gnome anytime, at least IMO

Put an entry in .xinitrc...
Here I have entries to use Gnome, KDE, or Apple's Quartz WM. Just uncomment the one you want and start X11. Away you go.
-----------------------
#Starts GNOME 1.4
#exec gnome-session
#Starts KDE 3
startkde
#Start Apple's X11
#/usr/X11R6/bin/quartz-wm
-----------------------
