Compressed format when creating image from volume in Disk Copy?

Hi everyone,

When creating an image from a volume in Disk Copy, there are options as to what format. They are: read/write, read/only, and compressed.

My questions is this: is the compressed option "read-only compressed" aka "UDZO"? If so, that would be a big help to me to compress the OS X image I am making for our company.
