Modem unreliable with 10.2.5

	I'm sure I've read about this somewhere, but can't find it now. One of my clients has had modem reliability problems on two computers since upgrading to 10.2.5. The modem sometimes doesn't connect at all, and when it does connect it usually disconnects soon after with one of a variety of errors. Does any one know the cause or the solution to this problem? TIA.
