http://developer.apple.com/java/faq/#api_1_
According to this Link it should be possible to install on OSX Java3D for Linux.

I copied the *.jar Files to
"/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/1.4.1/Home/lib/ext" which seems to be right, but i dont know where to copy the *.so Files. Where is the "java.library.path"?

Easy enough to find out:

Code:
bsh % System.out.println(System.getProperty("java.library.path")); .:/Users/dshaw/Library/Java/Extensions:/Library/Java/Extensions:/System/Library/Java/Extensions:/usr/lib/java bsh %
BTW, I got this using Bean Shell, but you could have compiled it up in a static method and run it as well.

You needn't worry about the .so files since the Apple docs specifically state that the "Native Performance Packs" don't work, which is what the .so files are.

I suspect that you are trying to install linux .so's.

Any way, these need to be compiled on OS X to work.
