Does anyone know where to get the source for Yellow Dog? I know you get it on CD if you order the software from them, but according to the GNU/GPL don't they have to provide it for free as a download as well? I searched through their ftp server and I must be just spacing, because I can't find it.

On the 29th, a new(er) version of YDL will be released (YDL 3.0 I think). You'll be able to grab that from FTP.
For now, you must have spaced.
If you go to their main website they have "Download" in the upper right corner.
This will take you to their list of mirrors where you can download the software via ftp.
Any intelligent fool can make things bigger, more complex, and more violent. It takes a touch of genius -- and a lot of courage -- to move in the opposite direction.

No...not the binary packages. That's whats under the download tab and on the ftp server. If you buy it from TerraSoft, you get 6 CD's (3 binary, 3 source), and the binary is what is on the ftp server. Where is the source?
