I just switched to a new PB and I have a whole bunch of important emails in folders that I need to get into "MAIL" on my 17". What is the best way to import from outlook express on my PEECEE. (i tried to use the mail import option and i chose "import from outlook express and all it did was look for it on my machine--) im importing from another machine

There is a program call Move2Mac. I think you van get it at CompUSA or the Apple Store and any mail order place. It allows you to move your PC mail and MP3's and Docs over to the Mac

Even easier, simply export the messages you want. It's an option in the file menu, IIRC. You save them as a mbx file, and then import them into your mac.

I signed up for a trial .Mac account and used the Imap mailbox as a transfer medium.

You don't even need a .Mac account to do this... if you have access to any IMAP email account, just copy the messages there.

Yet another good reason to not POP your mail.
